I had acces to EES event last week
On Sunday 28, on my first battle on Tier 2, I had the "victory" screen, but just after, I had a bug screen that said something like "Due to a problem, the client must be reloaded". I pushed the button and the app rebooted. And the 25 shards I should have got, they disappeared. But my victory was counted as I had acces to Tier 3
On Monday 29, I had four victories counted, so Tier 2 was completed. But I had only three loots. I contacted the hotline but they told me that all the rewards have been sent, that they couldn't do something for me
I didn't insisted at this time and went to Tier 3. I had my three victories. So now the three Tiers are completed. I should have my SEE that I have to use for the next Tiers. But I still have my 25 shards missing. Which I have no way anymore to win
So I sent screenshots to EA assistance and contacted the hotline once again. I thought that, facing the evidence, they would send me my 25 missing rewards. I spent more than one hour on phone with them. They tell me that "on their system", I have all my rewards. I told them that because of a bug, I didn't have them. They told me that they couldn't "force" the send of more shards as "on their system" it was already there. I was quite enraged when they told me they couldn't help me. They told me that this forum could help me
So please. Do something for me. I have been playing this game for three years. I'm far from being a whale but I put a little money in it. I have a guild that I love. But if I don't have my GL after three months of farming, I will stop the game. This would be too unfair to go on without it. So, anyone can halp me finding my missing shards?
