Ship tutorial loop/ackbar fleet training/journey battles

Stuck with crew ship tutorial loop, got around by favoriting ships until endurance was pushed down far enough. Now it pops up everytime i open the game, click off of it once i open characters. Cannot access fleet battles since I completed the ackbar fleet training event, but the rest of the fleet training events won't unlock, as it says I need to complete the ackbar one, though I already have. I am currently level 67. I also cannot start any journey battles. When I press battle on the journey screen, nothing pops up or happens, even though I meet all the requirements.
