Ship tutorial stuck in non stop loop

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Since I opened ships at lvl 60 the tutuorial would always come back "the helping hand". But recently it now is stuck in a loop. I can't level my ships or ship charactres. I'm stuck in a loop. If i click on a pilotless ship, there is no pilot to click on so I have to force crash the game also.
