Sion shards not received (Both Fleet and Light side battles)

Summarize your bug On July 20 I have 63 Sion shards of 65 required for 5 stars. I have run 5 Fleet PVE battles and 2 Sion shards were displayed as reward. But no actual shards were received - still 63. Then I have run through ordinary PVE battles. Got 2 shards of Ren shuttle and 2 Sion shard. Still no actual shards received - still 63 of 65. So 4 Sion shard were not received. P.S. Got another 5 runs for shards at PVE battles - got 1 Sion shard. Added succesfully (so now 64 of 65).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run 9-A Light or 4D Fleet for Sion shards.
