Summarize your bug I purchased the Sith Eternal Lightspeed Bundle 1 but did not receive the characters. I checked in with CS Chat and was instructed to wait 24 hours. Upon rechecking, I noted I did not receive the characters but instead received crystals which I’m not interested in. CS Chat instructed me to post the issue here.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I believe it should be in my purchase history.
