Sith Marauder event

Dear Support,

I have trouble with the Sith Marauder event. I have already contacted the https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ and they have told me to contact you.

So the issue is, The event showed me that it should Start today(like yesterday morning Starts in 1d 11h), underneath the even was REWARDS, not ENTER. So I was waiting and now it disapeared, my guild allies all have the Sith Marauder. So it seems that only I had this problem. So I wasnt able to participate in the event, this seems unfair to me. Sorry for troublelling you.

Can you help me with this?
