Sith raid bug

In raid overview i see there is 97% of Phase 1 but when ii enter to raid I see only cinematics and raid end without any of my actions.

    We're having a similar issue where we finished P1, but progress is stuck at 96%  If I go in an try anything, if will go to the cinematic to move on to Sion.  But, a lot of our guild has been not battling because they can't do damage to Nihilus.  We're working to get all of our guild informed about the glitch, but it's really gonna impact our final count.  Last time we were pretty close to max crate, worried with this problem we won't even hit 50%.

    We have the same problem in normal sith raid.  Cannot do any damage in phase 4.  Progress stuck in phase 1.  Cannot obtain the 120M box.
