October 18th: error still happening. Tried contacting EA support ingame again. They provided me with handy tips what to do when i have connection issues on my tablet. Things like don't put it in airplane mode, make sure its not to warm, update the app and make sure you close unneccesary apps. Very nice off them, HOWEVER has nothing to do with this problem because a) i asked help from the pc version and b) i told them i still get the same error in the game shop... logic tells me i would have to be connected in the first place to you know, ... to acces the shop
