october 23: error still happening
Got a response on the very helpful help page from a very helpfull helper: It has been 2 days since last contact. Do you still have the same issue? - THis question came after EA help did not respond to my answer on a previous question (to a question that was not even in the same area of the problem btw) for two days...... For months i'm trying to get this error resolved, at this point for my own peace of mind i might add, and i've had so many different employee's talking nonsense to me its obvious at this point the help desk is a wait and see desk.
At this point i'm willing to accept a sir we DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS statement.... but until then, stay tuned
