SLKR ability material missing

My game crashed in the last battle of the SLKR journey. After restarting, the journey is marked as complete, but I'm missing the last ability material to activate the ultimate for SLKR. So I'm stuck without the last one. I've contacted support via the in-game help 3 times, but haven't gotten a solution. They only said the issue was escalated with the game developers. Hope you can help me.
