Same here, I just got the same happened, stuck on the same screen, and wait for more than 5 min.
I refreshed the energy for the tickets several times, unfortunately, waste all. Please let me know, there have any compensated

    Hit the exact same issue, once, on iOS today on tier 3 SLKR. 

    @EA_UltraSlide the post you linked mentioned that player who hit the issue will be addressed. Can you clarify the proper way to make sure we are accounted for that addressing, should we open a ticket in game, here or anywhere else, or wait for further instructions ?

        @EA_UltraSlide Like many others here, I have been tracking this bug after being affected by it.  According to CG’s Trello site, which was referenced by moderator CG_SBCrumb_MINI, the patch for the issue was included in the HotFIx which went live about five hours ago.  Upon testing the battle, it did not soft lock, and the issue does indeed seem resolved.

        Can we have an announcement confirming that the issue is resolved through the hotfix (and that I did not just have a happy accident)?  And, in that announcement, can we also have an indication of whether any compensation will be offered to those who experienced the issue?  Transparency on this matter is important to a great number of players.

      How about some idea of a timeline to fix the problem? It has been 5 days and I seis “we acknowledge the problem” very frustrating

      @skjohnson82 nothing mentioned in the hotfix and i am feeling pretty pissed coz of that. farming those stupid tickets are not easy. losing them due to a bug thats CG’s doozy and not getting lost tickets back.. wow (middle finger all the way for you CG)

      @kyledoughert The decision over whether players will be compensated or not is not made by EA_UltraSlide and the team here. Their role is to raise bugs and issues to the studio, which they have done.

      If the studio decides to compensate players they will announce it on the official forums, which is also where your question should be directed: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/

      @jlmurielg see above, it is over to the community team and studio from this point, the AHQ team have done their job.

        @ChristophIV What I understand by "compensate" is to give me the shards and other kind of gift.

        Any other situation would be:

        1) To Give me what I won correctly

        2) To theft me what I won correctly

        I opened a ticket, and I don't have an answer. 

        I don't need a compensation. To return me the red tickets would be enough.
