Is it intentional, that the Journey Guide progress for SLKR is not working the same way as for example for JML?
When a relic level is hit for a requirement no notification is shown for SLKR.

We had to disable those notifications a while back, so it is intended that they don't show up at the moment.
All requirements, when met, should show that bar regardless of if you have a Journey selected. What characters did not show the bar when you got it to the final gear level?
I also missed that progress notification for many characters during my recent JML and SEE farms. I can't recall however, if there weren't any or if some characters triggered it.
For now, no progress was shown whatsoever.
I finished Kylo, Kylo (umasked), Phasma, General Hux.
