Summarize your bug The bug was fixed but no rewards or compensation was credited for the tickets Lost even when I clearly beat the event.

I just finished T3 event for the 4th time which is sad, I still need to get 120 DS tickets back. This bug was your fault, we need those tickets refunded or pay us back with crystals. On average its costs 450 crystals for 30 tickets. Some of us even bought crystals for this event, we're not asking for real-world money we're asking for something you can literally do with a click of a button. CG/EA, you're a billion-dollar mobile game because of us, yet you cause a lot of injustice to a majority of your player base.
