Smugglers LSB never delivered after purchase - It's been 6 days

Summarize your bug I bought the smugglers light speed bundle on Dec 6th (I have the receipt in my email) and it was never delivered to my account. I posted this on EA help and after i gave them the date, time and order number they said that they were going to transfer my case for further investigation....... It's been 6 days since i bought the bundle and I have not heard anything in over 2 days. Please help. I can send the Receipt if it helps.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure.
