I completed Tier 1 of Smugglers Run or, I thought I did. I then went and did a Squad Arena battle. I am not sure what else I may have done in game before returning to Smuggler's Run. Tier 1 did not show complete so, I did Tier 1. When I completed it and got the rewards for Tier 1, all the other tiers now show complete even though I have not done then. I am unable to obtain the rewards for the other tiers because of this.

This is working as intended.
You get two attempts that are shared across all tiers.
