@M-Dub187 Without the level 8 upgrade on your Executor's Breach of Protocols, your enemy will still have Tenacity Up when you attack with your RC, meaning the breach from Stalling Strike will be resisted. The irresistible Breach when using a special ability from RC's Tenacious Pilot also only applies to other Bounty Hunters.
