Still Missing Ben Solo

Bought the Ben Solo LSB off of the webstore 2 days ago and still haven’t received it. I’ve tried to get help on here and creating a support ticket in game but no one has responded. I get people can be busy, but I worked hard to get the $40 it took to buy the Ben Solo bundle and to not even get crystals or anything kind of response after 2 days is completely unacceptable. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and may the force be with you.
