Still missing Raddus and Finalizer LSB package I bought on 10-15 from Webstore

Hi EA team, I’m still missing all my Raddus and Finalizer LSB bundles I purchased from the webstore on 10-15. I also purchased other LSB’s on 10-15 that were successfully transfered to my  game inbox, but I’m missing Raddus and Finalizer.

I’ve attached proofs of purchases for both the email notifications and my credit card transactions, as well as pictures of my in-game characters still lacking the shards and/or materials and relics.

Can I please get those transferred to my game? It seems like a lot of people are having similar issues and not sure if that AWS outage that was just posted is part of the problem but hoping with all the proofs of purchases I’m showing I can get this resolved quickly.
