I have the same issue with an episode pass ordered thru the webstore and are since writing with the EA support which isnt helpful at all. They need around 24h between each message (sometimes even longer) and so far the messages can be condensed to: 2x "here is a short summary of what you have written" and 1x "you mostlikely bought an episode pass some time ago but it does reset all 28 days, thats why your reward track is locked"
So its a fun experience
