I am a bit angry about the way ea ignored my issue with Star Killer LSB. I bought it on Thursday, 25th of July. I received an OC from the web shop. I paid with my credit card and I received crystals instead of the bundle.
I wrote it immediately here in this forum, I shared screenshots. But since then, nothing happened. This is the last message I write regarding this issue. When I didn't receive the bundle Monday evening I will inform credit card issuer and claim it there.
It's so ridiculous how CG and EA are handling this.
Since the last update, there have been so many bugs with the game. I have display errors on my iPhone 15, but not on my iPad and an older iPhone 12.
The online shop doesn't seem to work reliably anymore.
It's just embarrassing. You're a good enough customer to spend money (way too expensive, by the way!)
But when there are problems, they let you down.
If CG and/or EA finally deliver the package this week (I'll wait that long this week since I paid with a credit card), I expect all characters to be fully equipped at R5. That means all Zetas, etc.
If you look at the forum, you get the feeling there's only one person working there to solve the problem.
As I said, it's just embarrassing and ridiculous!
