Training droids- im unable to see the ammoint due to not being able to click on the icon to progress

Unable to select to train jedi consular due to already max level. Please assist?

We are having difficulty locating your account. Has anything changed since you made this post?

For example have you accepted any login rewards that would have changed the number of Crystals or Credits you have?

No, all buttons seem to be disabled except for the individual icons the tutorial wants you to select. Since the time of posting i have been incapable of doing anything else.

On review it seems I incorrectly listed 302 Crystal on my original post, screenshot and current account show 382. This is my own typo error. Apologies for that.

  We've found your account and have reset your Jedi Consular to level 1 so that you can complete the tutorial step where you need to level him up. We have sent all the previously equipped gear to your inbox, as well as the Training Droids we had to remove/you used to train him up. Please claim all the items only after you completed the tutorial, otherwise, you may become stuck again. Thanks for sticking with us whilst we got that sorted.
