We are having difficulty locating your account. Has anything changed since you made this post?
For example have you accepted any login rewards that would have changed the number of Crystals or Credits you have?
On review it seems I incorrectly listed 302 Crystal on my original post, screenshot and current account show 382. This is my own typo error. Apologies for that.

We've found your account and have reset your Jedi Consular to level 1 so that you can complete the tutorial step where you need to level him up. We have sent all the previously equipped gear to your inbox, as well as the Training Droids we had to remove/you used to train him up. Please claim all the items only after you completed the tutorial, otherwise, you may become stuck again. Thanks for sticking with us whilst we got that sorted.- 5 years ago

Hi @FletcherJY and thank you for reporting this.
We made some changes to your account and reset your Jedi Consular to level 1 so you should be able to complete the tutorial now. All gear and previously used training droids etc. have been sent to your inbox in-game. Please claim those after you completed the tutorial. If you run into any other issues, please let us know.
