Stuck on 38% after update

I tried playing Star Wars galaxy of heroes after updating it and it won’t download the update on the game it’s stuck on 38% of the downloaded data I even tried deleting it and reinstalling it and it didn’t fix anything and I tried to repair the game and it still didn’t fix it
