Stuck on Disney Lucasfilm splash screen

As the subject suggests I'm getting stuck on the load splash screen.

I've unistalled and reinstalled the app.

I've reset the phone and it made no difference. Losing my log in bonus too 😭

Using android phone and updated to latest version.
