Stuck on loading Cantina screen

I have been stuck on loading Cantina screen all morning. Tried restarting IPad and even tried a different device.

1st tier of the Bo-katan event is impossible.
You physically cannot kill them in time because of how bad Kelleran Beq is on his own and that the arc trooper does 40000 damage per attack. FIX YOUR GAME!
