7 years agoHey there, @Tellmedark. Thanks for the information and for the screenshot.
You may have already tried some of these steps, but I'd like to double-check that it isn't one of these issues. You may re-try the game after any of these steps.
Force-close the app:
- Open the Settings App
- Scroll down and tap on Application Manager
- Scroll down in the 'Downloaded' list and tap the name of the app
- Tap 'Force Stop' to fully close the app
- Try re-loading the app
Power-cycle your device:
- Turn off your device
- Wait 30 seconds
- Turn the device back on
- Try re-loading the app
Clear the game cache:
- Go to the Settings menu
- Find Apps in the menu
- Locate the game
- Tap on Storage
- Click Clear Cache

Just tried all three in sequence as independent solutions and it did not work. Same issue.
