Stuck on loading cantina splash page
Galaxy of Heroes on Android 9, fully updated. Have not been able to progress past Loading Cantina page for a week now. Have done forced restart on app and phone with no luck.

You may have already tried some of these steps, but I'd like to double-check that it isn't one of these issues. You may re-try the game after any of these steps.
Force-close the app:
- Open the Settings App
- Scroll down and tap on Application Manager
- Scroll down in the 'Downloaded' list and tap the name of the app
- Tap 'Force Stop' to fully close the app
- Try re-loading the app
Power-cycle your device:
- Turn off your device
- Wait 30 seconds
- Turn the device back on
- Try re-loading the app
Clear the game cache:
- Go to the Settings menu
- Find Apps in the menu
- Locate the game
- Tap on Storage
- Click Clear Cache

I am also having this problem, and the 3 described solutions did not work. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Not loading past 'checking for updates'
That happens to me sometimes too. I typically just force close, clear cache, restart iPhone and then it works. A long time ago I had to delete/ reinstall the app and it worked.
Currently however experiencing issues with game crashing. I’m on iOS. Apple iPhone 6. Update version 12.3. Made a topic about it but have yet to receive a response back. Would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
