Supreme leader Kylo Ren Missing Rewards

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug I completed tier 6 of the journey guide for supreme leader Kylo ren. After one of the rounds I was forced to restart my game after completing the battle and I did not receive my ultimate token. I am now stuck with 9/10 and can not complete again.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I’m not sure if you can check my account, I know it has been an issue for others.

    No and even if I did that just means I wouldn’t be able to get their ultimate.

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Summarize your bug after one of my replays of tier 6 for supreme leader kylo ren it gave me an error message and made me restart the game. Now it says I have completed all 10 replays, but it only awarded me nine ultimate tokens in total. I will provide screenshots below as proof.
