SWGOH account transfer systems not working and support won’t help

Hello Everyone. I am having a weird issue where none of the account transfer options are working. I have tried Apple ID, Facebook, and even EA Connect and none of them are working. I have spent more than the past month having three separate conversations with support for them to finally tell me they are doing nothing to help me. Does anyone know how I report to EA that I need them to fix this issue if they can? Also can some of you try this and see if you are experiencing the same problem. I imagine this system is not used often but if it is going to be offered it needs to work.
