@EA_Lanna hello, I found out, it is a internal setting for Game center at One Plus, without that activated all game shortcuts are hidden.

Hi @AlexRemus,

From what I can see from a google search, there's a few reports from One Plus users running into the same issue with shortcuts. Does this happen with any other shortcut?
