SWGoH Grand Arena - No Points Awarded

Summarize your bug game crash mid battle (Grand Arena) with zero points awarded when there should be a minimum of ten for first battle.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? crash in the middle of playing a Grand Arena match.

This is the second time this has happened. Screenshots attached.

If zero points are assigned after this game-crashing battle (and I hadn't bothered to check), then I would NOT have received any rewards - the bare minimum one must do to earn points is participate in a battle. If you do not have any points, you do not earn any rewards. In this case, you can clearly see I have participated in a battle, yet I have no points, thus would receive no rewards.

@sepulcum your GAC screenshot shows that you _started_ a battle vs that JMK team, it doesn't necessarily show that you _completed_ it.
The "attempt" is recorded at the start of battle, you get the banners at the end of the battle. If you forfeit the battle, close the game or the game crashes before you see the "Victory"/"Defeat" screen you won't get any banners (including the 10 for the first battle).

Dears, i've got the same problem. Lost a fight and didn't get the 10points and therefore no reward, unfortunatly I didn't noticed that yesterday, I only see it after receiving the no reward message. Pls fix this :-) ally: 242341787 thanks

You had to fully complete one battle to get the first attack banners. If you left the battle or it crashed, the battle result could not be submitted. Next time start a random battle and complete it to get your banners.

Dude? Are you serious? I know it is easy to say everyone expect off you is an idiot but perhabs you could just sometimes assume that people that opens a ticket know what they do. Off course I have finished the battle. But If you check the describtion of the Points in the GAC you would see that the line 10Points for 1st battle is missing. That means you've changed the rules or you did a mistake. But your answer is just not helpful. Thanks

@sepulcum The system was updated last year already. Based on your GA data, you have no battle record for the first round.

Dude, sorry I'm no native speaker therefore you might not understand what I say. Trying again in easy words.
I've done 1 fight but I didn't receive the 10 points. I've fought with JML against JMK, sometimes it works sometimes not. This time it didn't work but I didn't receive the 10points. You can check the Screenshots above, clearly showing that I've participated. The Screenshot below shows that you usually get 10 points even when you loose. That means this time something is different then usually and this can't be due to an update from last year.
