Swgoh log in issues again

I play star wars Galaxy of heroes , I had connected my account to both Google Play and Electronic Arts, but since yesterday neither of them works. The game asks a question at the beginning: Do you want to play with a guest account or do you want to connect to Google Play? I click on Google Play, but instead of showing my account, it asks the same question. The game has never done this before. When I click on the guest account and ask it to log in to my main account, I click on the EA option and ask it to enter my email. When I click and enter the code, instead of logging in, it always gives me the error code 9 and this has never happened before. I also tried it with my mom and dad's phones, even though I didn't have the game on those phones. When I click on Google Play, the same thing happens to them. What is this problem? Can you give me a solution because no matter what method I tried, it didn't work and I can't log in to my account.
