@bryan_ps_nl Hello! Unfortunately, the game offers no support for players using emulators. However right now many Android players are experiencing login issues or crashes, so that is also reflected in Bluestacks.

Keep an eye on the forums for when they deploy a fix.

I use Nox emulator on PC and game runs fine.&nbsp; I use Bluestacks 3 on Mac and game works fine.&nbsp; Sometimes there are some internal settings in emulators or in the bios that prevent things from working. I have had it where some emulators work on some PCs and not others due to this.&nbsp; I would suggest trying a different emulator till you get things to work or google around for others asking the same question as there could be some setting over virtual ram you would need to change.

There was an issue yesterday, but it should be resolved now. Are you still having trouble loading in to Galaxy of Heroes?
