SWGOH: Remove EA Connect account

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I cannot unlink my EA Connect account. I swapped from iOS to Android. I don't have access to the old EA Connect account.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

Please unlink my EA Connect so I can log into the store using my new personal EA account. This account I'm posting from is currently tied a a separate account with allycode of 317497646.

At the moment it is not possible to unlock the accounts. You only can update the EA account details on ea.com. For example changing your email address or date of birth.

Seems weird EA wouldn't want more money in their pockets. Who's making these sort of poor decisions. I guess Google will keep getting their cut of the EA pie.

Would it be possible to delete the old account? With SWGOH detect that and allow connecting a new account?

is this still not solvable? @EA_Gunner I've been dealing with "EA HELP" for a week and have got no where. I'm VERY frustrated that I can't log into the webstore NOR even TRY the PC Client. Someone has GOT to fix this. WHY does this need to be a problem? Just let us unlink EA CONNECT. I'll never buy anything in this game again if I can't have access to the store or even TRY out the new PC Client. I can't be alone in this!

There is a title update that has allowed for EA connect to be unlinked on the PC client. That update has not made it to mobile yet, but will most likely also include the feature.

I have been having the exact same issue man, I've unlinked my swgoh from my old ea account and it just says "an error occured" when i tried to link to my new one.

Make sure your device is set to English and both the EA account and SWGoH account are 18 or older
