We are aware for the emulators, but that problems occurs on ios phone, android phones and android tablets too. Most of us used emulator to test the problem. I am loosing a lot of arena battles because of that bug and the gems i loose (and other player looses) will be not refund...

Absolutely happens to me as well on an android phone... seems to coincide with a Google Play connection.
