SWGOH Stuck on Black Screen at Start Up

The issue started today after 1 PM Central time and happens when I am using WiFi and when I am using mobile data. I have left the game on the black screen for 15 minutes and nothing happens, I have restarted the phone and also cleared the cache and reloaded the game all to no avail.  This is happening when I am at home on WiFi and when I am at work on mobile.
