SWGOH Web Store — LSB Fails to Purchase (Amex CVV Decline, Store Glitches)
I attempted to purchase a Lightspeed Bundle (specifically the Grand Inquisitor Lightspeed Bundle) via the SWGOH PC Web Store using an American Express gift card. The purchase failed — I confirmed with Amex that the transaction was declined because your payment processor didn’t request a security code (CVV), which is required for my card to approve the charge. The card information was entered correctly, and no funds were ever withdrawn.
Despite this, the bundle was marked as “already purchased” and temporarily disappeared from the store on all devices. It later returned, but I still cannot complete the transaction — the payment continues to fail under the same conditions. Other times, it displays as "pending" for hours at a time, but never completes. This appears to be a combination of payment processing issues and store behavior bugs. Please restore the bundle to an active state or unlock it manually in my account.
Please help by either:
1- Fixing the underlying payment issue (so the CVV is properly passed and cards can be authorized), or 2- Manually unlocking the bundle in my account so I can receive what I attempted to buy.
