Talia AI doesn't behave as a proper cleanser. the toons is useless (post rework)

Confirmed that she will only use this ability when < 50% health as a heal, when in fact it should be considered a cleanse well before that when any debuff has been applied. Please fix or sadly she is useless, as reported.
