The amount of bugs this game has will still amaze me. Especially ones regarding large transactions for a mobile game. I’m having the same issue and EA help refuses to do a single thing. Don’t let your $50 purchase just disappear because of the developers incompetence.
Yeah, that’s what really bothered me about the response I received from the in game EA help. “make sure the correct account is signed in, better luck next time” I only have the one account. Its a design problem with the game that it sometimes opens without syncing to my Apple Game Center ID.
Considering I spend probably $20-50 a month on this game I expect a little better customer service.
Yeah its disappointing to say the least and then they still expect you to keep paying LOL
