After many testings with suggesions of other players, I managed to solve using this method:
- Uninstall/reinstall (or clear data/cache),
just for allow the game to get to the "connect to account" screen.
- On this screen don't use ea or google play connect, use "import account"
the system will prompt for use the account that is already in the device (stored elsewhere that does not clear deleting cache/data/uninstalling)
This worked for me, game return to it's normal operation as usual.

Thank you!!! This somehow worked for me but it went back in as a guest and poof my account appeared after the import. I was back and forth with support in game chat on the PC client and I was in a loop with then.
