Community Admin@SirRoshua Thanks for the post. I'm curious, were the points awarded in the end and could you play as normal for the rest of the week?
If this happens again with the next TB please let us know, hopefully this is fixed going forward.

This happened to me today. Selected squadron for battle, game stalled, had to restart, marked as completed, no battle points. On iPad...

Anyone facing this issue, can you answer the below questions to help us investigate this further.
1. What device and OS and connection type do you have?
2. What date did this occur?
3. Game mode during which the issue occurred: (Squad Arena, Galactic War, Territory Battle – which phase, which Combat Mission, which wave, etc)
4. Complete squad composition: (who did you use as leader and what other characters did you use in your squad)
5. Was any of the characters revived prior to the ability icons disappearing: (if so which ability revived them?)
6. Prior to the issue occurring, do you recall getting a call, losing internet connection, minimizing the app or any other details which might be relevant?
7. If you have any screenshots please post them here, or if you have a video of what occurred prior to the issue occurring, it would help even more.
8. Did any of your attacks/abilities get used without input from you?
9. How long was your gaming session approx.?
10. How long since you last rebooted the game?
The same happened to me. I didn't lose points, it was on the Special mission to get ROLO shards. Here is the vid. Can I receive credit to allow the guild to receive the shard? ally code: 482813385

- ApprovedI also experienced the same bug on the CLS special mission today. Could not do anything and had to force quit the game.
- So should we expext some kind of compensation. Quite a few problems seem to happen within TB. My guild lost out in ROLO shards. That would make me and my guild whole.
- ApprovedDitto, buttons can toggle auto. Can change speed. Options gear button is greyed out.
Really disappointed.
- ApprovedThis happens to 5 or so of us EACH PHASE...we were 5 million short on points this TB of 41 stars and had half of our freezes just gotten through and used the air strike on round one we would have gotten it. You guys seriously need to work on this, what is this TB 6? 7? And still having the same issue. Would be easier if it was always the same guys bc we could tell them to fix their issue,but it’s random ppl each time
Funny how often this keeps happening but they couldn't reproduce it. Didn't bother to read all the comments. Quite ludicrous really. I've had this happen in at least 3 TB's so far. This time round my game just completely restarted on Phase 6 missions. At the very least I thought the point of the bonus points being displayed after each wave would update somewhere so if it does crash you go those points. Clearly not.

I think this issue has been placed just below the daily raid ticket counter to be fixed right after they get to that particularly tricky bug.
Cause counting to 600 once a day is obviously something that some next generation uber AI might be capable of some day...just not today.
Until then I don't even see someone bothering to say this is a known issue.

- ApprovedMy game stalled on phase 3 of the Commander Luke combat mission. I was unable to finish the battle and had to restart the game.
- The issue of the Attack buttons vanishing during TB was reported extensively on Oct 19th. It happened to me again today. I verified that zero points were awarded. I have attached a screen shot to show you. The screen is not frozen, I can switch between the 2 taunters. Please let me know if you need additional info.

This just happened to me (01.02.18) after Raid Han took his first turn. I was not able to complete even a single wave. I got no points. I would have expected to clear all 6 waves.
