I have just had a similar occurrence today (14th October) when trying for ROLO shards. The game effectively froze on part 2 of 3. I can select a target but cannot fight them. Auto does not work. I assume the only option is to quit the game and lose the battle.

    This just happened to me yesterday 10/14 Eastern in a Phase 3 combat mission.  It has happened to me previously but when it happened the second time it started to get irritating so anted to make sure I got my bug report in this time.

    Happened to me on special mission requiring commander Luke.  It happened when Captain Han Solo with the lock (died and came back for two turns) on his second action, returned Han Solo to the battlefield.  Captain Han Solo did not die as expected, the red locks over his head disappeared.  it was the enemies turn, but even on auto, it wouldn't go.  i had to restart my iPad to clear the issue, and now it says the mission is complete ( I assume with a failure ) so I am prevented from getting the reward for my entire alliance.

      This happened to me yesterday. i recorded 1 min of the situation and how i was unable to do anything. Ive posted it on youtube for reference. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oY3XBjgGgdM&feature=youtu.be. My ally code is 352-256-225. I was playing on an android phone (Lg stylo 2). At the time i was not on a wifi network. All previous TB's ive been able to finish with no problem.

    Happened to me just now on 6th Nov. Can only target enemies, can't attack, can't auto, can't anything. I have a feeling I'm not gonna get any points for this mission too...

    1. What device and OS and connection type do you have? Galaxy Note 8, Android, Wifi connection to stable internet
    2. What date did this occur? 6th Nov
    3. Game mode during which the issue occurred: (Squad Arena, Galactic War, Territory Battle – which phase, which Combat Mission, which wave, etc)
    Territory Battle, phase 5, bottom sector combat mission wave 5
    4. Complete squad composition: (who did you use as leader and what other characters did you use in your squad)
    CLS lead, Biggs, Wedge, Lando, St Han
    5. Was any of the characters revived prior to the ability icons disappearing: (if so which ability revived them?) No
    6. Prior to the issue occurring, do you recall getting a call, losing internet connection, minimizing the app or any other details which might be relevant? No
    7. If you have any screenshots please post them here, or if you have a video of what occurred prior to the issue occurring, it would help even more.
    8. Did any of your attacks/abilities get used without input from you? No
    9. How long was your gaming session approx.? 15 minutes
    10. How long since you last rebooted the game? 15 minutes

    Confirmed I didn't get any points for the waves completed. I'm CUFCfan in the bottom screenshot, only got points for deploying that squad, the combat mission is now greyed out and the squad I used unavailable

    I had this issue today on the ROLO special mission. Han had died and had the special revive. I used his revive ability and the attack buttons disappeared.

      This just happened to me today 11/15/17. Is there any fix? Is there anything I can do to try and save points?

    Same issue here, it’s the first time it’s happened to me since one of the first weeks of TB. But how has this not been resolved yet!?

    My battle stalled on 3/6, phase 4, middle zone Rebel only battle. This is one of our touch and go zones for that next star so this could very easily cost my entire guild a star. This needs to be adressed urgently as it’s a re-occurring issue impacting many players. It also cost us another ROLO shard on the previous phase...
