@Misterdave75, @troubIem4ker, @1osk, @Thrawn2727 and anyone else who has this issue, can you provide the following information:

1. Ally Code, Device & OS

2. Date this occurred.

3. What Game mode during which the issue occurred: (Squad Arena, Galactic War, Territory Battle – which phase, which Combat Mission, which wave, etc)

4. Complete squad composition: (who did you use as leader and what other characters did you use in your squad)

5. Was any of the characters revived prior to the ability icons disappearing: (if so which ability revived them?)

6. Prior to the issue occurring, do you recall getting a call, losing internet connection, minimizing the app or any other details which might be relevant?

7. Did you notice any of your attacks being used automatically without input from you?

8. How long was your gaming session?

9. How long since you had last rebooted the game?

10. Any screenshots or videos ?

11. Connection type: Mobile Data or WiFi

3) Territory Battle - Hoth - Phase 3/6 - Rear Trenches - Bottom Combat
4) Hera lead, Kanan, Ezra, Sabine, Zeb
5) No character was revived
6) Nothing happened
7) Entire Squardon was counter attacking with Ezra delaying and attacking last. His turn was next.
8) I had just started the game so about 5-10 minutes in.
9) I had done a fresh load

It should be noted that all the teams that has been posted by all these users involves counter based attacks or teams.

Same problem here, my whole guild lost one shard for Rebel Officer Leia Organa.

1 Ally Code: 254-753-911, Device: iPhone 7, OS: iOS 10.3.3
2 Date: 10/25/2017, around 8 p.m. (CET)
3 Game mode: TB Hoth, Phase 3, Bottom region, Special mission (Leia Organa)
4 Squad: Qui-Gon Jinn (lead), Grandmaster Yoda, Ahsoka Tano, Captain Han Solo, Hoth Rebel Soldier
5 Revived character: yes, I used Captain Han Solo ("Search and Rescue" ability) to revive Hoth Rebel Soldier, immediately afterwards all attack buttons were gone
6 Other events: no, nothing
7 Actions without input from me: no, I noticed nothing unusual
8 Gaming session duration: appr. 60 minutes
9 Last restart of the game: 60 minutes, I restart the game several times per day

On the pic you may notice that there is no health bar for Captain Han Solo.
