Territory Battle: Imperial Retaliation - TM Gain and Event Ability Regeneration

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug Enemy turns and TM gain in general. Bug 1: All enemies were stunned by Emperor Palpatine. After defeating on Rebel Pilot, a second pilot came out of stun (100% TM gain when ally is defeated, expected) and immediately attacked (should not happen, should have 0% TM). Bug 2: Rebel event abilities, namely Strafing Run, seem to be triggering automatically, outside of enemy turns. With one rebel remaining, at about 50% TM, the ability triggered. The ability is also regenerating too often. In other instance, G12 Zeta Kylo Ren vs. Rebel Officer, the ability was firing every other turn. The ability description states that it should only have a bonus 30 speed if unhindered, but it seems to be much faster than that speed difference.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game? Bug 1: Empire team in Phase 6 Rebel Base (South Entrance) combat mission. Ran Emperor Palpatine ❤️, Vader, Tie Fighter Pilot, Grand Moff Tarkin, and Royal Guard. Palpatine used his AOE and managed to stun all opponents.Tie Fighter Pilot used his basic to kill one Rebel Pilot and a second immediately came out of stun and attacked. Bug 2: Standard combat mission play. I have noticed it in all applicable territories (phase 4, 5 and 6). Have used the above team, and a team of Captain Phasma, Kylo Ren, First Order Officer, First Order Tie Pilot, and First Order Stormtrooper.

In general, I have the following impression:

Light Side TB: Enemy abilities are difficult, but not necessarily over-powered. Platoon rewards offer awesome abilities with a high incentive to complete platoons. Gameplay is still manageable with enough strength and synergy, despite it being nearly impossible to fill platoons in phases 4, 5, and 6 due to the presence of marquee characters and other premium characters. 

Dark Side TB: The exact opposite; enemy abilities are over-powered while platoon rewards offer little assistance (and are completely negated if you cannot fill platoons in later phases). Gameplay is immensely difficult despite character strength, synergy, and strategy. If you did not purchase marquee (unfarmable) characters, there is little hope of being successful.
