I can't beleive this is still a thing and it has been an issue for myself and guildmates since Territory Battles were implemented. The battle is unable to be continued because your character cannot select either a basic or a special move. Each and all enemy characters can be selected but no action can be taken against them. Pressing the Auto button does not resolve the situation. The only action is to quit out of the game but in the process - I've foreited points contributing my guild in this LS Territory Battle. When reloading the game, the game was caught up with the loading icon for 4-5 minutes. When I could finally reneter the game, the Territory Battle mission I had to quit was no longer available. My guild has lost an opportunity to max the stars for this phase.Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Same thing happened to me in 3/6 in middle territory and i didnt even get pointsfor waves 1 and 2.

Same here, on the Phase 5 CLS special battle in the middle territory. Chirrut was involved, but not Baze.The only way to around the bug is to force close the game. This especially sucks because it means I miss out on the guild event currency.

Same thing middle fight in phase 3. CM got to 3/6 and Baze froze

Northern ground battles. Rebels fight. Game registered what looked like the strafe AoE (I didn’t select it) and then I couldn’t do anything.1 enemy left on wave 3/6. Using Hera lead, Kanan, Ezra, Zeb along with the Hoth unit. Team at full health/protection.(this came after my disgust at how many of the marquee characters/ship are required to complete the platoons/squadrons at 5* today)

Same thing happened to me at 5/6 in the HRS combat mission in LSTB today.
CLS did 'call to action' on his own... his TM reduced to nil, then the action buttons in the bottom right hand corner disappeared.
The action (swaying side to side) of the toons was still there, but no attacks took place.
It was as if it was waiting for me to attack, I could target the enemy toons and change target, but I couldn't attack.
I had to hard close and got 0 territory points for my guild for that mission. Apart from the points you get for deploying the individual toons :-(
I hope they're spotting this and picking it up... a few of my guildmates had the same issue... using the same CLS/Chaze based teams to support HRS.

Had this problem too. Maybe it’s using CLS and raid Han that’s causing it? Video included edit: tried to include video but not supported. But my team was CLS, Raid Han, CapHan, STHan and Hoth soldier

I had the exact same problem today while in my alt account. The battle froze at 3/6. I could progress no further. All of the action buttons disappeared, and clicking auto changed nothing. After I force closed the game, I noticed that none of the territory points I accumulated in the first two phases were credited to me. This happened to a guildmate yesterday. This bug is potentially costing us stars. Please address it asap.
