Territory War disappeared after update, may have also lost gear

Summarize your bug After the most recent update (3/10/20), my guild's Territory War disappeared. The guild name is "Chiss Exp Defense Fleet." Other users are reporting a similar issue, along with missing gear/salvage. I am unable to verify that the same hasn't happened to me, as well.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check the activity log on my account. I was signed up for the Territory War, and was in the "Setup Phase" or phase 2 of 3. After the update installed, none of the 46/50 of us that signed up have access to the board.
