Territory war is broken!

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Guild was forced out of war even though we had enough people joined. Over the 25 limit!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

I'm in a guild called Vader's Fist. This bug happened to the whole guild. The most recent guild war that was going to happen we had over the 25 mandatory amount of player signed up!
So instead of allowing us to do the event it kicked our guild out and told us we all didn't have enough players joined for the event.
Every single one of us saw that we had over 25 players joined. So we all were forced to miss out because the game screwed us over!

Before the update, the war had started for us because we had well over 30+ people signed up at the time. We had to join a second time after the update kicked every single guild out and reset the wars for everyone.

I sure hope that I'm not the only one complaining about this.

What are you going to do to compensate us for your screw up?

@EN6A6E Hi there, I checked your guild today, and for the TW event currently in progress, you only had 24 members out of 50 who signed up. The rest of the members (including your guild leader) did not sign up.

Thanks. It would be good if the list of players signed up stayed up until the guild got a chance to see it. But everyone including me was convinced that we had enough players signed up at the time.
I still blame the server for this one because we would be in the event if we didn't all get reset that first time. I guess most of them weren't paying attention and didn't know they had to sign up again.
The compensation after the update wasn't enough for those who were effected this way. Now we have to miss out on the event and the prizes that could have come with it.

@EN6A6E The compensation was low because it was just delaying the tw by 2 days. Unfortunately, your guild members not paying attention and forgetting to sign up for the new war is their respinsibility, and they are the ones who let your guild down.

I recommend your guild officers message players who haven’t signed up to encourage them to do so.
