I checked several times yesterday and today. No territory has appeared in guild events tab.
Sounds like you missed the sign-up. Today is attack phase, yesterday was set-defense phase, day before was sign-up so it seems you were checking after the sign-up closed, if you didn't join then it will disappear from your guild events tab.
