Summarize your bug Updates made after the TW announcement, but BEFORE the player lock-in are not reflected in my list of toons available for TW
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? - Wait for TW announcement - Join TW (Which says there is a 24hr lock-in) - Make toon updates (gear/mod/zeta/whatever) - Check toons after lock-in

Updates made to toons before lock-in are NOT available for TW
In my case:
- Zeta n Mission Vao not available
- Mod changes to Candrous Ordo not available
- Relic upgrade on Embo not available

This was changed a while ago, and is working as intended.
Roster lock now occurs when you join the TW. If you make any changes to your roster, you can leave and rejoin the TW to update your locked roster.
