Our guild couldnt even start the TW because many couldnt join because of the disabled Join button and the others being kicked out after Joining.
Possible Workaround
If the theory of the communication problems is correct there may be a possible workaround.
When the data get lost during communication the client "thinks" the player is joined while the server never got this information.
After Joining TW close the client to force it to start completely new. Then double check if you are still joined. If not: Join again and repeat
